Rythu Saradhi is operated by Rythu Saradhi Solutions Private Limited (DPIIT recognised startup), D.No. 12-3-413, Jesus Nagar, Sai Nagar, Opp. SV Degree College, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh – 515001, India (“we”, “us”).

Account details: name, mobile number (verified by SMS OTP) and language preference.

Farm details: state, district, mandal, village, farm location on the map, crops, acreage, sowing date, soil type and irrigation source.

Location: precise and approximate location, only while you use the app, to show local weather, rain radar and nearby mandis. We do not collect location in the background.

Photos: crop photos you take or choose for the AI Crop Doctor.

Content you create: community posts and comments, marketplace listings, crop khata (expense) records, farm tasks and feedback.

Device and usage data: device model, Android version, notification token, app interactions (Firebase Analytics) and server logs such as IP address and request times.

To create and secure your account; to provide crop advisories, weather and rain alerts, pest and disease warnings and mandi prices for your farm; to diagnose crop problems from your photos; to show your community posts and listings to other farmers; to send notifications you can control in app settings; and to fix problems, prevent misuse and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising based on it.

We share only what is needed with service providers that process it on our behalf:

• Google Firebase: push notifications and app analytics.
• Google Maps: map display and farm location selection.
• Google (Gemini) and OpenAI: AI analysis of crop photos and crop details for Crop Doctor and advisories. Your name and mobile number are not sent.
• mTalkz: delivery of SMS OTP to your mobile number.
• Weather providers (e.g. Open-Meteo, OpenWeather): receive only farm coordinates to return forecasts.
• Oracle Cloud (Mumbai, India): hosting of our servers and database.

Other users can see the name, village and content you choose to publish in the community or marketplace. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users' safety. Some providers may process data outside India under their own security and privacy commitments.

Location (local weather, radar and nearby mandi prices, only while the app is in use); Camera (crop photos for Crop Doctor); Photos and media (choosing existing crop photos); Notifications (rain, pest, disease and price alerts); Alarms (reminders for farm tasks you schedule). You can turn any permission off in your phone settings; related features will stop working.

All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on access-controlled servers in India. Only authorised staff can access it, and only to run and support the service. No system is completely secure, so please keep your phone and OTP private.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, crops, diagnoses, khata records, posts and other personal data are removed from our live systems immediately, and from any backups within 30 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires it.

You can access and correct your details in the app's Profile screen, withdraw consent, and delete your account at any time:

• In the app: Profile → Delete Account (at the bottom of the screen).
• On the web: see rythusaradhi.com/delete-account.
• By email: write to rythusaradhi@gmail.com with your registered mobile number. Email requests are completed within 7 working days.

Rythu Saradhi is meant for farmers aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not ask you to log in. Information you send us by email or phone is used only to respond to you.

We will post updates on this page and notify app users in the app before any important change takes effect.
